Fullsteam Expands Collaboration with CBC Real Estate, To Operate Rocky Mount Mills’ Brewery Incubator
Fullsteam Brewery to Oversee Site Operations, Diversify Its Beverage Portfolio, and Support the Brewmill’s Decade-long Incubator Mission
ROCKY MOUNT, North Carolina (7/9/25) — Rocky Mount Mills, a CBC Real Estate community, is proud to share that our good friends at Fullsteam will be expanding their footprint. Fullsteam will lease and manage the Rocky Mount Brewmill beginning later this summer.
Conceived in 2014 and opened in 2017 as a pioneering hub for craft brewing entrepreneurship in North Carolina, the Rocky Mount Brewmill has been the launch pad for countless breweries, including HopFly, Mythic Brewing, and Koi Pond Brewing.
The 12,000-square-foot brewery incubator will continue to be a center for brewing innovation and collaboration, with Fullsteam’s R&D operations joining existing Brewmill partners including Spaceway Brewing, Larema Beverage Co., and NC Beer Factory.
This partnership builds on Fullsteam’s and CBC Real Estate’s existing collaborations in Durham, NC. Fullsteam is relocating its flagship Downtown Durham taproom to a new 9,000-square-foot space in the historic Power Plant building at the center of the American Tobacco Campus.
