Make History Every Day

Each day more than 4,000 people come to work at American Tobacco's mix of new and historic creative office and retail spaces with views of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the events lawn, and downtown Durham.

Once the home of the world's largest tobacco company, the original factory closed in 1987. In 2001 CBC, in partnership with the City of Durham and Durham County, took control of the vacant campus and oversaw its renovation into the campus we see today. Together with the Durham Bulls and the Durham Performing Arts Center, the American Tobacco Campus has set the standard for live, work, and play.
